The terms on which we host declared battery-passport data.

Declared data
You submit battery data as the responsible economic operator. We host and present that data and check it is complete against what the regulation requires. We do not verify, certify or warrant the truth of any declared value.
Your responsibility
You remain solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawfulness of the data you declare and for meeting your obligations under Regulation (EU) 2023/1542. Passports are published under your economic-operator identity.
Availability & continuity
We aim to keep published passports reachable at stable web addresses. Deletion is treated as a legal event: passports are retained and marked as withdrawn, not silently removed. Export and escrow mechanisms let you retain and re-host your data.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product and the underlying regulation evolve. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect.
