Compliance infrastructure for battery importers
We turn a legal obligation into hosted software you can rely on, built for the importers the enterprise tools ignore.
Why we exist
The EU Battery Regulation makes a hosted digital passport mandatory for every LMT and industrial battery from 18 February 2027. Enterprise platforms chase the large vehicle manufacturers; the smaller importer, handed a spreadsheet by a non-EU supplier, is left with generic tools that lack battery-specific depth, registry integration and any real answer on long-term hosting. We built for that importer.
Accuracy comes from the regulation, not guesswork
Every field in your passport maps directly to Annex XIII of Regulation (EU) 2023/1542 and is kept current as the rules evolve. Where AI helps, it only pre-fills a draft from your spec sheets for you to review and confirm; it never decides your compliance data.
Your passports outlive us
A passport must stay reachable for a battery's service life and beyond, a decade or more. We keep every passport at a stable web address, let you export it at any time, and hold a copy in escrow, so your passports survive even if we do not.
You stay the responsible operator
Passports publish under your own EORI. You declare the data as the responsible economic operator; we host it and check it is complete, but we do not verify or certify it. We are not a certifier or a test lab.
